I’m a Board Chair, Non-Executive Director, and executive coach dedicated to unlocking leadership potential in financial services.
My journey in Asset Management began as a graduate at Prudential and led me to senior roles at Barclays, BlackRock, and Schroders. At BlackRock, I built the Solutions portfolio management function from the ground up, stewarding over £300 billion through the Global Financial Crisis. Those years deepened my appreciation for what’s possible when a team rallies around a shared purpose.
Throughout my career, I’ve learned that lasting success comes from combining strategic rigor with genuine human connection. Integrity guides everything I do—whether shaping boardroom decisions or coaching one-on-one. While managing assets was deeply rewarding, it was mentoring colleagues and witnessing their growth that gave me the greatest sense of impact. I’ve benefited from coaching at pivotal moments in my own journey, and I bring that same energy to my clients—helping them find clarity, embrace challenges, and step boldly into their next chapter.
Alongside my coaching practice, I am FCA-authorised and experienced in SMF roles, currently serving as Non Executive Board Chair for JP Morgan Asset Management and the UK Government’s Pension Protection Fund. I’ve led Investment, Risk & Audit, and Nomination Committees enabling boards to confront complexity, challenge assumptions, and govern with transparency. This dual perspective grounds my coaching in real-world governance and strategic oversight.
I partner with CEOs, ExCo level leaders and senior leaders who seek to make bold decisions, navigate complexity, build high-performing teams, and deliver exceptional results.
Outside the boardroom and coaching sessions, I moonlight as the family’s official taxi service—shuttling my tween daughters to gymnastics classes, drama rehearsals, and football matches. They keep me grounded, fuel my energy, and remind me why work-life balance and everyday moments truly matter.
