Our experience has taught us the fundamental importance for organisations of retaining and developing internal talent. We provide targeted support for executives preparing for new responsibilities or struggling with some aspects of their role and in need of a performance boost.
Integration / on-boarding coaching
We enable those that are new to their role to make an impact quickly, establish themselves in their role, develop crucial relationships and an effective communication style in the first 100 days.
Founder Coaching
We support founders looking to professionalise their leadership and organisations, preparing to step aside, preparing for external capital injection and / or improving the effectiveness of board and investor dynamics.
